E-Form is an online system that offers a variety of official document templates with editing tools to help users in government offices. The system is designed to satisfy both person-to-organization and organization-to-organization requirements. The documentis well structured by using XML (eXtensible Markup Language), which can be distributed in the government information network via Intranet or Internet. E-Form also gives mechanisms for transforming XML documents to HTML and PDF formats. The results are the cross-platform and portable documents that can be viewed on various types of Web-based clients, such as Linux and Windows.
